Mr. Hogan received his undergraduate
degree from Arizona State University and his law degree from
the University of Notre Dame Law School.
Mr. Hogan has been Executive Director of the
Center since 1991. His practice focuses primarily on issues
relating to public school finance, utilities, and campaign finance
reform. Mr. Hogan also serves on the Board of Directors for
the Arizona Consumers Council and the Arizona League of Conservation
Voters
Mr. Hogan is admitted to practice before the
Supreme Court of Arizona, the United States District Court for
the District of Arizona, and the United States Court of Appeals
for the Ninth Circuit.
Prior to joining the Center, Mr. Hogan was Chief
Counsel for the Arizona Corporation Commission. He has also
served as an Assistant Arizona Attorney General in the Civil
Rights and Financial Fraud Divisions, and as Program Director
of the Phoenix Program at Community Legal Services.
