Ms. Herr-Cardillo
graduated from the University of Michigan in 1978 and from
the University of Arizona College of Law in 1984.
From 1984 to 1999, she was in private practice with
the law firm of Streich Lang.
In October 1999, Joy joined the Arizona Center for
Law in the Public Interest as the Senior Staff Attorney
in their Tucson office.
Joy and her husband Dave have lived in Tucson since
1979, and have three daughters Starr, Brooke and Hope.
